Attack on Titan Fan’s Impressive Mikasa Cosplay Will Make You Believe She Can Take on Any Titan

A passionate fan showcases Mikasa Ackerman’s deadly proficiency with the multi-directional maneuvering gear in an all-out battle Attack on Titan cosplay.

One fan demonstrated Mikasa’s titan-slaying abilities with a bloody Attack of Titan cosplay.

Reddit user Majorshigo shared a photo of her bloodstained Mikasa cosplay, which exhibited the character’s infamous ability to use her blades and her omnidirectional equipment. As you can see, the costume is a recreation of Mikasa from the Attack on Titan anime. Majorshigo did everything to make the outfit as close as it could to the original. However, they did substitute Mikasa’s boots for heels. They did clarify that they did this to show Mikasa’s height, and to make her appear taller than other Attack of Titan cosplayers.

Attack on Titan Fans might be interested in the other Majorshigo cosplays. They have previously created several costumes based on Mikasa’s designs from earlier seasons. Some photos show how they designed her omnidirectional gear for maneuvering using the 3D printer. Majorshigo also cosplayed a variety of other favorite female characters from Attacks on Titan such as Petra Ral and Historia Reiss.

The End of the Season of Attack on Titan

Based on Hajime Isayama’s critically acclaimed manga series with the same name, Attack on Titan: The Final Season will be a reimagining of the final chapter of the source material, that will encompass all the aspects of Eren Yaeger’s declaration of war against the Global Alliance forces led by the nation of Marley up to the series’ long-awaited conclusion. Although Attack on Titan is yet to finish, viewers have already praised the show as being among the best animations ever made, with critics praising the emotional plot and stunning animation. It is on the top of MyAnimeList’s anime ranking just behind Fullmetal Alchemist and Brotherhood.

The final season of Attack on Titan had its share of issues. Many have speculated that the animation studio of Season 4 MAPPA had deliberately delayed production to take advantage of the show’s popularity. Sound director Masafumi Mima has since apologized to fans for the repeated delays, with Mima insisting that the post-COVID-19 limitations had significantly slowed down development.

Attack on Titan is available for streaming on Crunchyroll. The release date for the fall of 2023 of the second half of Attack on Titan Final Season 3 has been set for release.
