The transformation of Ivysaur into Venusaur is captured in a hilarious and stylish Pokemon cosplay.

The transforming gown was created and uploaded by the user alliecat_cosplay to Reddit. It appears cute and fun in its Ivysaur form and features a closed flower bud to form a cap. In its Venusaur version, it has a strapless, long skirt. top. This is an effortless fashion. The cosplayer uploaded a video on their Instagram account that shows the way that the outfit transforms from one style to another.

Pokemon Cosplay: A Sophisticated Game

Ivysaur and Venusaur aren’t the only pocket monsters that have inspired sophisticated costumes which take on the form of a gown. Popular cosplay and YouTuber Mink The Satyr shared several photos of her Trubbish Costume, which featured flowing sleeves with full skirts and delicate lace. The final result perfectly reflects a high-fashion aesthetic which is a rather ironic outcome considering that Trubbish is a fifth-generation Pokemon that is a fusion of garbage bags, industrial waste, and chemical agents.
